Our services
Full Service Planning: $4,000
Planning your dream wedding can feel overwhelming, but we make it seamless. Our full-service package includes:
- Budget Management: Helping you maximize your resources while staying aligned with your vision.
- Vendor Vetting: Researching, recommending, and communicating with trusted vendors to find the best fit for your day.
- Design & Decor: Collaborative design planning, mood boards, and décor sourcing to bring your vision to life.
- Planning Support: Ongoing planning meetings, vendor walkthroughs, and logistical guidance throughout the process.
- Full Wedding Day Management: Complete coordination including vendor oversight, timeline management, rehearsal facilitation, and event execution.
Day of Coordinating: $1,500
Your wedding day should be all about celebration, not the logistics. Our day-of package includes:
- Wedding Day Management: We oversee event setup, vendor arrivals, and timeline execution while managing logistics and handling any unexpected issues that arise.
- Custom Timeline Creation: A carefully crafted schedule to keep your day running on-time.
- Vendor Communication: We serve as the main point of contact for vendors, managing logistics and answering questions so you don’t have to.
- Rehearsal Coordination: A ceremony walkthrough with your wedding party and officiant so everyone knows their role.
Extended coverage with end-of-night teardown is available as an add-on.
A La Carte & Custom Quoting
Sometimes, you just need a little extra help to make your event truly special. Our additional services include:
Extended Coverage & Tear Down ($350): Available for coordination packages needing additional coverage beyond the final reception event. Includes teardown of décor, florals, signage, and personal items brought by the client. (Included with Full Service Planning.)
Decor Design & Sourcing ($500): Custom design guidance and décor sourcing tailored to your event style.
Decor Rentals: Our curated collection of décor pieces helps elevate your event aesthetic. Custom pieces can also be created, from linen signage to larger installations like wooden arches. Pricing varies by item.
